with the following information (you may pay at the door):

THE WEEK YOU'RE REGISTERING FOR!    (This gives staff time to prepare for the meal)

Pork Loin Roast w/Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Rolls, and Banana Pudding
