New Opportunities
Children’s Ministry, PFBC

    All girls and boys, grades 1-6 are invited to the new GA & RA groups on Sundays at 5:00 pm. The girls will meet upstairs in the Gym in Room E-203 and the boys will meet in the Education Building in Room B-105. Both groups learn about and experience missions, do craft projects, have recreation times, and have a fun time doing it all. Join us for the first session on September 11.

Cross Training and Mission Friends

    Wednesdays at 6:00pm present an opportunity to embark on an action packed journey through the Bible in "CROSS TRAINING" an outreach ministry of Pine Forest Baptist Church that seeks to train 1st through 6th grade children in Bible basics. While in "Cross Training" kids will also have opportunities to train in several activities including choir and a variety of sports such as Basketball, Volleyball and Soccer. Come train with us!
    Activities will end at 7:45 pm.

    Also on Wednesdays beginning at 6:00 pm and ending at 6:45, younger kids (4 and 5 year olds) attend Mission Friends in the Preschool building for games, play, snacks and mission activities at their age level.

Childrens' Coordinator

    We are excited to welcome Kelly Smith as our new Children’s Ministry Coordinator. The Children’s Ministry Coordinator is a part-time position established by the personnel committee and voted on by the church in the December business meeting. Kelly will have direct involvement with children grades 1-6 and will coordinate ministry opportunities for these children such as Cross Training, R.A. & G.A.s, Sunday Bible Study and special programs such as Fall Festival, and the Easter Egg hunt and picnic. She will also be working with the Children’s Ministry Team and Dale Prudhome to further the ministry opportunities with our children. Please pray for Kelly as she embarks on this new ministry commitment.

Nursery Help Needed

"Whatever your hands find to do, do it with all your might" (Eccleasties 9:10).
 
The Nursery is in need of workers for Sunday Bible Study and worship services in these classes on Sunday Nights and Wednesday Nights:
 
   Bed Babies
   Toddlers
   2 & 3 Year Olds
 
You can sign-up to help in the foyer or in the Nursery. You can help every two weeks (2x a month), every four weeks (1x a month), every six weeks or eight weeks.
